Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept all major cards (Not american express) as well as Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Most deliveries are sent with a courier whose costs are set up to 20Kg. For example three 3 litre bamboos would cost £12.50 P+P inclusive. One 20 litre Cordyline also weighs 20Kg and so would also cost £12.50. For heavier shipments or awkward packages extra would be charged accordingly. For every Kilo above 20kg 50p is added to the delivery charge.

Delivery Schedule After payment is recieved orders will be dispached within 10 working days.

But normaly within 48 hours. Delivery is a next day service.

Tax Charges All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at 17.5%
